Cottage colonies and RV Parks have been prohibited in the Dennis Zoning By-law since 1973. Recent discussions about how to improve the tourist area of Dennis has generated significant reaction to the hotel concept. Most of those reacting do not realize that the "look" along Old Wharf Road does not conform to Zoning.
