If you're separated from your child’s other parent, or your parents have split up, this survey is for you.

When parents split up, if it's badly handled there can be long term effects on children and young people. We want more support for families going through separation.

Results come out in September and we’ll tell:

• Political leaders: Gordon Brown, David Cameron, Nick Clegg etc
• Organisations that support separating families
