**Terms & Conditions

1. Open to entrants over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, excluding Tesco employees and their immediate families, its agents or anyone connected professionally with the promotion.

2. Only one entry is allowed per person. No bulk or third-party entries are permitted.

3. Closing date for all entries is 31st August 2009 or when 1,000 entries have been received. Only entries received by this time will be submitted to the prize draw.

4. Proof of online submission is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, or not received for whatever reason.

5. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not negotiable, transferable, returnable or refundable.

6. The winner will be drawn at random and notified within 28 days of the closing date.

7. The promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry confirms acceptance of these rules.

8. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize for one of the same value.

9. The winner's name will be available 28 days after the draw is made by emailing tesco@cedarcom.co.uk with your contact details or by sending a SAE to Tesco Magazine, Cedar Communications, 85 The Strand, London WC2R 0DW.
